Brenda Bailey-Hainer
My academic background is eclectic -- creative writing, music literature, library science and public policy. I accidentally fell into the religion and theology environment, and am gradually coming to grasp the terminology and the various subgenres. In my past life in the library world, I initiated and oversaw a newspaper digitization project for all historic newspapers in Colorado, set up a statewide virtual reference service using online chat software, and a single searchable library catalog of all of the library collections in the state using federated searching software and NISO standards. Never a tech geek per se, but always thinking about the possibilities and able to find collaborators with the skills to make them happen.
